We are looking for creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Front End Developers to join our growing technology team in Bangkok, Thailand. You’ll play a key role in building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that enhance our user experience across platforms.

Responsibilities

For All Levels:

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern front end technologies
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back end developers, and product managers to bring features to life
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Level:

• Drive front end architecture decisions and propose scalable UI solutions
• Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews
• Lead the development of complex UI components or projects
• Improve performance metrics and manage technical debt
• Take ownership of the front end development lifecycle

Technical Skills

Core Front End Technologies

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) – Essential for all levels

• Responsive Design – Using media queries, Flexbox, Grid

• Cross-browser Compatibility – Ensuring consistency across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge

Frameworks & Libraries

• React (with Redux or Context API)

• Vue.js (with Vuex or Pinia)

• Angular (2+)

• Svelte (bonus for modern front ends)

• UI component libraries: Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

Testing & Debugging

• Unit testing: Jest, Mocha, Vitest

• Integration testing: Cypress, Testing Library

• Debugging: Browser DevTools, React/Vue DevTools

API Integration & State Management

• REST APIs & GraphQL

• Axios, Fetch API, Apollo Client

• Global state management: Redux, MobX, Zustand, Vuex

Build Tools & Version Control

• Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Parcel, Rollup

• Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

• Package managers: npm, yarn, pnpm

DevOps & Deployment (especially for Senior Level)

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI

• Hosting: Vercel, Netlify, Firebase, Cloudflare Pages

• Docker (basic understanding for development containers)

UX/UI & Design Collaboration

• Design-to-code tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Accessibility (A11Y) and usability standards (WCAG)

Security Best Practices

• Cross-site scripting (XSS) and cross-site request forgery (CSRF) prevention
• Input validation and sanitization
• Secure authentication flows (e.g., OAuth2, JWT)

Junior Level (Minimum 1 Year Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience with front end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular

• Familiarity with responsive design, REST APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Basic understanding of browser performance optimization and cross-browser issues
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for great UI/UX

Senior Level (Minimum 3 Years Experience):

• All of the above, plus:
• Expertise in one or more front end frameworks (e.g., React with Redux, Vue with Vuex)
• Strong understanding of front end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Ability to design and implement reusable components and scalable architectures
• Experience integrating with APIs and collaborating on full-stack applications
• Leadership in Agile/Scrum teams and mentoring experience is a plus
