Job Purpose

Senior Coordinator, Domestic Asset Digital Solutions carries out critical role to gather business requirement from users to serve business-as-usual work and data analytics as well as digital solutions under domestic asset production function group. This role also drive data and digital related projects under domestic asset production, for both development and maintenance phase and both portfolio and individual project, to achieve business objective within given timeline, budget, and project workforce resources whilst managing stakeholder expectation with regular communication.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and task alignment during development phase.

• Oversee project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are on track throughout the project lifecycle

• Define the project scope, gather requirements, allocate resources, and set clear milestones.

• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure regular communication on project progress and decisions

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (Product Owners and Business Users) and IT data modeling team. Proactively engage with users to understand their analytical needs, business questions, and reporting requirements, translating these into clear, actionable technical specifications for data models and transformations.

• Develop detailed workflows and process maps to illustrate current business operations and identify areas for improvement or automation

• Ensure high quality of deliverables and enforce IT/project governance practices to comply with internal policies and regulations.

• Identify potential risks early, mitigate them, and adjust the project plan as needed to avoid delays or failures

• Coordinate with data management asset focal point and IT corporate to troubleshoot data and digital solutions during maintenance phase in timely manner.

• Verify and validate rigorous testing procedures (unit, integration, and efficiency tests) to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data transformations and models.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, transformations, and data lineage to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Support data quality improvement and develop standards for data transformation.

• Optimize data models and queries for performance and efficiency within the data warehouse environment.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on how to effectively utilize data and insights from information systems.

Professional Knowledge & Experiences

• 5+ years' experience of data management in the E&P business.

• Strong knowledge in E&P business (Petroleum development, Production Operations, Drilling and Completion, etc.)

• Ability to design, develop, and maintain data models e.g. SQL, ETL tool, store-procedure, data warehousing, datalake etc.is a plus.

• Familiarity with visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Spotfire, etc.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Good understanding of data management, data/product architecture, data pipeline, data workflow, and relevant data/digital related to collaborate issues and recommendations with IT corporate, 3rd party vendor, and business users.

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Thai
