Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting, monitoring, process and controlling data about salary, incentive, commission, the Social Security, payroll taxes, provident fund, welfare, other benefits and other tasks as assigned.
• Point of contact and subject matter expert for payroll related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in payroll execution and employee benefits.
• Experience with payroll program. (Tiger soft program is preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Suit
• Able to work under tight deadlines with flexibility and work well under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Labor Laws and personal income tax.
• Good in communication skill, analytical thinking and prioritization.
• Can start work immediately will be advantage.
• Experiences for doing work permit and visa will be under special consideration.
