The Vietnamese Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading PHI’s sales and marketing efforts in Vietnam Market as well as assisting the Regional Sales & Marketing manager for the overseas sales and marketing actions that will improve the region’s competitive position, revenue growth, and profitability.

Main Duties:

·       Maintaining relationship with current Vietnamese customer and other countries as assigned that includes follow up and problem checking.

·       Generating new sales opportunities and customer lists with a focus on maximizing revenue per order activities.

·       Assisting Regional Sales & Marketing to develop activities focused on growing revenue to pull through and supporting selling efforts to the high volume end-user customers.

·       Work with the Regional Sales & Marketing in implementing regional sales plan initiatives, marketing plans, and networking activities to drive regional demand for PHI’s products and services.

·       Prospecting, closing, and developing new target end-user accounts and strategic channel partners (distribution and OEM).

·       Assisting Regional Sales & Marketing for planning, forecasting, and selling of all Prolific Group’s products and services to foster revenue generation growth to exceed assigned regional financial targets.

·       Recording and investigating/resolving customer complaints from Vietnamese costumer.

·       Planning and managing budget for customer visitation in Vietnam.

·       Presenting/Conducting informational company/product presentations, demonstrations, and training with strategic end-users and channel partners.

·       Managing Vietnam's sales budget effectively and efficiently.

·       Analyzing and making reports on Vietnam’s business opportunity.

Other Duties:

·       Networking within industry associations and strategic accounts to build a robust network.

·       Developing membership and relationships with local and regional /industry associations.

·       Providing corporate and update sales reports as required.

·       Arranging and coordinating exhibition or other marketing events in Vietnam or other countries as assigned.

·       Assisting marketing efforts such as managing online and offline marketing, such as social media, e-directories, e-commerce, and exhibitions.

·       Creating Marketing content as assigned.

·       Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

-          Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other related fields

-          Ability to speak Vietnamese & English is a must; Thai language and other languages such as Japanese is a plus

-          Good interpersonal skills with sales sense

-          Attention to detail

-          Minimal 2 years experiences in Sales & Marketing

-          Willing to travel overseas
