Job Description & Summary

PwC SEAC's Digital Transformation practice provides a combination of business and technology advice from strategy to execution and helps solve our clients' most complex business challenges in today's interlinked and global environment.
The Financial Services Productivity team enables banking institutions, asset managers, insurance companies and others to accelerate the digital change in their operations and business processes and future proofing their operational readiness by running current state assessments with advanced analytics, redesigning operating models, coaching new ways of working and managing change initiatives and technology implementations.
We work closely together with our own innovation centers, the big technology firms and Fintechs to bring the best solutions to our clients. It is our goal to support our clients to achieve sustained growth, increased operational efficiency to increase their competitive advantage, as well as to ensure that operational systems are agile and responsive to a constantly changing environment and highly complex ecosystem.

About The Role

You will work with our clients and our internal cross line of service teams to:

• Develop and design strategies and operating models, and deliver large-scale transformation projects which helps to address our clients' evolving needs in their business divisions and supporting functions along the dimensions of visioning, insight, efficiency and effectiveness, and control
• Support our leaders to draft thought leadership by analysing market trends and customer needs and by identifying market opportunities for our clients, outlining what financial services firms have to change to achieve their goals
• Identify initiatives to help clients to transform / improve their organisation and operations in areas such as Client Onboarding, Payments and Settlement, Products and Services, Client Life Cycle Management, Advisory Models, Risk and Compliance processes & controls, Consolidation initiatives, Management Reporting, Restructuring
• Gather business requirements, draft design principles and implementation roadmaps to accelerate change
• Develop tactical plans to help clients implement these strategies and measure results and benefits

Preferred skills

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering related discipline from a reputable University, with strong skills and experience in financial services
• You will likely work closely with senior stakeholders from our clients and alliances partners that requires excellent interpersonal skills and the comfortability to work independently.
• You have the ability to understand complex situations swiftly, you have strong skills in communication and analytical thinking and you are well organised in your ways of working.
• You are a critical thinker and designer of constructive solutions who communicates ideas crisp and in a structured way
• Excellent skills in MS Office; experience in advanced technology solutions such as Tableau, PowerBi, Alteryx, RPA tools is a plus
• Any project management, agile or equivalent certifications will be advantageous

Minimum years experience required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in Consulting with demonstrated skills in managing projects, designing business and operational solutions, and communicating effectively with clients and teams; or Financial Service industry experience in a business partner role.
