Assist And advise on the process for Preparation of annual budgets and monitor variances;.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Member of a recognised accounting body such as CPA, preferred, but not required.
Experience in M&A is a plus, but not required.
A minimum of 7 years' experience, with similar professional accounting experience within the International environment;.
Strong and current knowledge of IFRS and in particular, its application for investments;.
Proven organizational and analytical skills, ability to work independently and think critically, and a strong sense of attention to detail are essential;.
Experience managing and coaching direct reports and other team members;.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills;.
