Our Cloud and IT Transformation practice spans the whole range of clients' digital capabilities, ranging from strategy to execution. We help solve complex boardroom problems, and work with CIO's to not only solve problems of today but get them ready for new opportunities for tomorrow, creating the pathway of how technology can enable business visions. We help our clients with advisory services such as IT & cloud strategy, IT cost & governance, IT operating model etc. We also work on the implementation of various IT applications e.g. CRM, ERP and SharePoint.
Our focus areas are Enterprise Architecture, Vendor Selection, IT Cost optimisation, IT Governance and Compliance, IT Effectiveness & Operating Model Optimisation.

About The Role

• Lead business development, build client relationships, generate sales opportunity throughout deal closure.
• Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary.
• Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realise their potential and support their long-term aspirations.
• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions.
• Experience in cloud assessment, strategy and architecture design
• Should have good experience as cloud solution architect or presales solution architect
• Design & Implement IT infrastructure solutions in both On Premise Datacenter and Cloud
• Must have performed cloud assessment and designed deployment architectures in past engagements.
• Hands-on expertise in architecting and designing Highly Available (HA), redundant, secure solutions on Azure Cloud.
• Creating standard and custom solutions on the infrastructure space for mid and large projects starting from Requirement Gathering, Assessment, Solution Design and Implementation to meet the required operational capabilities
• Must have the capability to evaluate and make cloud recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate
• Certification (Associate/Professional or similar) in Microsoft cloud platform
• Good verbal, written, report-writing, and presentation skills are a must.
• Preferred experience in creating powerpoint presentations of solutions to client
• Preferred experience in conducting Cloud Readiness Assessments observing business and technical perspectives
• Preferred to have one or more of the following certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Preferred skills

• Bachelor's degree or above qualification
• Minimum 16 years of relevant experience preferably with a consulting or technology firm
• As a director, you have a deep understanding of one or both of the following areas: Cloud platforms and the technologies that make them work(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and IT Service Management
• Demonstrates working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cloud Strategy, Design, Architecture and Migration and how it is implemented across different operating models
• Self-driven, curious and a fast-learner, and able to take responsibility for personal growth and development
• Able to demonstrate the ability to research and analyse pertinent client, industry, and technical matters
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms

• Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider
