Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications.
• Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic as
• well as with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Design and manage databases, including schema design, optimization, and query performance.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable and well-documented code
• Identify and fix bottlenecks, bugs, and security issues
• Monitor and maintain existing software systems.
• Conduct software testing and debugging.
• Work with DevOps to manage deployment pipelines and server configurations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Provide technical support

Mandatory technical skills

• Strong knowledge of Full Stack design, End-to-End , Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services and APIs.

• Experience in backend development by using NodeJS, NestJS, TypeScript , PL/SQL, SQL

• PL/SQL, SQL/NoSQL
• Knowledge of database systems such Database e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is a plus
• Container (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) platform is a plus
• Deployment and DevOps is a plus
• Public cloud such as AWS, GCP and Azure is a plus

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Spring Boot , Node.js, Java
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Understanding of security and data protection practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Project Management: Agile
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations
• Ability to consult management and engineering teams with technical advice
• Good command of English is a plus

Work type

• Ability to work on-site (up to 5 days/week)
• Hybrid or remote work options depend on an agreement and the working team's situation.
