What We’re Looking For in Business Analyst

• Facilitate and drive functional workshops to achieve desired design outcomes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications or user stories.
• Assess and evaluate business processes, models, and organization structures to identify improvements.
• Define customer journeys and operational processes for full banking life-cycle solutions.
• Support product owners in creating and maintaining a structured product backlog.
• Collaborate with designers and application design teams to deliver optimal user experiences.
• Provide support across development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai & English.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

What We’re Looking For in Application Designer / System Analyst

• Programming knowledge (Java, Kotlin, Golang, Python).

• Strong understanding of REST API Design, Channel Architecture, Event-based and Async Architecture.

• Experience in Database Design and use of design tools.

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to propose technical solutions.
• Capable of leading a small team, managing tasks, and ensuring delivery outcomes.
• Strong presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in both English and Thai.

What We’re Looking For in Golang / Python Developer

• Hands-on internship experience in Golang and/or Python development.

• Experience with microservices architecture, API integrations, and scalable backend systems.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with BAs, SAs, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
