• 7 yeas up in Payroll & Evaluation Performance
• Good command of English

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
• At least 7 years experiences level Assistant Manager in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields.
• * Have the experience to manage subordinate 3 persons up.
• Good command of English
• Experience in Benefits & Welfare.
• Computer literacy (MS Office)

Job description:

• Responsible for HR functions all related to Benefits & Welfare especially Payroll and Evaluation performance (Bonus, career path)
• Ensure wages, personal income tax, social security fund and provident fund
• Key in new employees data into internal database
• Give knowledge and promote related Co. rule & regulation, health insurance, taxes, social security fund and provident fund
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
• Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing
• Prepare report and support management
