Now we are seeking for the Counter Manager who has a passion for Luxury Cosmetic Brand. (High salary
with good Commission)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall operation in the counter
• Drive, control and manage business performance and manage commercial activity
• Team management with subordinate more than 4 persons and sales product to achieve the
• target
• Provide training and coaching team to deliver the best performance
• Analyze sales and optimize stock levels with back office
• Lead sales team and deliver a high-class client experience within the boutique
• Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards as setting by the visual merchandising
• department
• Manage day to day and administration of the boutique
• Manage stock both back and front of house in terms of merchandising guidelines and quantities
• and ensure inventory accuracy
• Open for 3 positions in 3 work areas is Bangkok (BTS Line), Pattaya, Phuket

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 2 years working experience in Counter Manager with Luxury Brand will be advantage
• Had experience in Cosmetic or Skin Care will be advantage
• Strong people management and retail store operation
• Good computer operation skill and retail system
• Excellent skills in selling and communication
• Fluent in English and communication skills
