Responsibilities:

• Prepare targeted marketing program to ensure alignment with business strategies and company direction
• Work closely with Risk and DI&CI team to understand internal policy and customer selection criteria and able to craft suitable campaign mechanic to match with right customer segment
• Create and execute marketing campaign to improve portfolio. Working with both external and internal partners to ensure campaign smoothness for pre-campaign, during and post-campaign stages
• Monitor and evaluate consumer behavior, competitor activity to identify market opportunities adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive condition
• Manage & control budget A&P/volume under responsibility within plan and generate total cost saving in responsible area
• Evaluate campaign on both during campaign period and post-campaign period to understand key success and key challenge on each campaign and able to take lesson-learn for future improvement
• Monitor all inquiry and VOC cases and immediately solve problems from card holder within timeline to reach customer satisfaction
• Supervise and coach subordinates on tasks, share and advise on problem-solving solutions to ensure job completeness and smooth implementation
• Understand policy and procedure to operate working process complied with company regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience banking, consumer finance especially in credit card business or retail marketing background
• 1-2 years in Segmentation Marketing, background in unsecured product is preferable
• Result-oriented, Energetic and able to work under pressure
• Have to Logical thinking & analytical skill to convert massive data into action
• Have to Project management skill to plan and track campaign under their control properly
• Good command of English and Presentation
