• Prepare market outlook reports, investment perspectives, and tactical asset allocation recommendations.
• Support management, sales teams, and product committees with timely market updates and actionable insights.
• Market Briefing & Investment Outlook Presentation.
• Prepare and deliver market briefings, investment outlook presentations, and thematic investment updates.
• Develop presentation materials for management meetings, investment committees, product committees, and distribution channels.
• Serve as a company representative in client seminars, webinars, roadshows, training sessions, and investment events.
• Competitor & Industry Analysis.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' mutual funds, investment products, and strategic positioning.
• Monitor industry trends, product launches, fund flows, performance rankings, and market opportunities.
• Identify market gaps and emerging themes that may create opportunities for new product development.
• Product Ideation & Development Support.
• Generate new product ideas based on market trends, customer demand, competitor intelligence, and investment themes.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Investment, and Sales teams to evaluate new fund opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support organizational growth objectives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management, investment strategy, product development, or sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, asset allocation) and financial markets.
• Proven ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts into compelling sales narratives.
• Experience in developing sales materials (e.g., pitch books, product briefs) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
