What you'll do:

• Support with the printing and liaison with delivery partners of physical tickets and passes for Thai customers
• Manage the day-to-day operations with Klook's selected logistics fulfillment partner
• Liaise with Klook's Customer Experience Group as well as the local Business Development teams to support with pre-booking, post-booking queries and follow-ups
• Work with the local Marketing team to support on marketing operations and activations

What you'll need:

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
• Ability to manage their time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
• Organisational skills to manage multiple orders at a time without errors
• Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
• Basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests
• Experience in operations / logistics and / or customer service roles preferred
• A team player who always strives for excellence and best results possible
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
