Your tasks include
- The integral support of the assigned sales region and its customers within the parameters of the
- defined corporate strategy, and the long-term and short-term corporate goals
- Definition and implementation of action plans per customer / per region to ensure a sustainable
- increase in market share and brand recognition
- Acquisition, development and qualification of new customers, development
- Co-design of the Jota strategy
- Design and implementation of trade fairs – in cooperation with the JOTA distribution partners
- Participation in innovation projects
- Reporting according to the specifications of the management
- Travel activity up to 50%
Job requirements
- Several years of experience in sales - preferably in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of the dental industry and dental markets
- Excellent business analysist, negotiation skill and knowledge of contract terms
- Able to communicate with all levels in a business type manner: Customer and result oriented
- Able to work in a flexible, international and multi-cultural team environment
- Able to present technical and product specification information to a variety of audiences
- Customer and result oriented
- Punctual and professional working behaviour
- Open to international travel and working in a flexible time frame
- Strong ethic, designated compliance understanding and perception
- High level of autonomy and a pro-active attitude for understanding customer requirements
- Business fluent communication in English (additionally Spanish for Latin America Region)
- You are between 25 and 45 years old
- You have dental experience
