• • Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline and quality requirements

• • Develop and maintain all project documentation and report to senior management

• • Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues

• • Hold status meetings with stakeholders, document minutes and actions

• • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project related assignments including resources, scope and timeline

• • Support and implement procedural changes and customized workflows

• • Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

• • Fresh graduated are welcome

• • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

• • Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• • Able to build relationships with all types of people across the business

• • Ability to perform under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously

• • Deliver high standard results in a fast-paced working environment independently but also in a team

• • Detail and quality oriented, proactive, positive, self-motivated, and "can do" attitudes are required

• • Experience in project management or coordinating will be a plus
