Client Success (Key Account)

- Formulate Client Success & Marketing strategy to drive New Business Development and Client Engagement
- Work closely with Learning Product & Partner engagement team in (1) Developing and implementing Learning Program to ensure client requirements are met, (2) Growing Learning business with Expert Partners
- Manage Key Accounts to ensure client satisfaction, expand Learning Product Solution adoptions, and deepen relationships for long-term engagement
- Manage Learning Program Delivery, including Digital Learning (including Online Learning Platform management), Live Learning, Workshops, and Bootcamps
- Design and manage execution of Client Marketing, including Onsite/Hybrid Event and Marketing campaigns to drive Learning Product adoption
- Manage team to execute day-to-day Client Operation to always find ways to best serve clients and resolve issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- Excellence in Client management, Program management
- Experience working with Senior leadership team, particularly HR/Learning & Development team in large enterprise
- Required Skills & Mindset: Client centricity, Problem solving, Can-do attitude, Systematic & working under pressure with multi-task/assignments
- Graduated with degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering
- Proficient in both Thai and English
