We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer to join our Land & Real Estate team. The successful candidate will engage in various legal activities related to real estate, providing essential support and expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting real estate due diligence.
  • Performing legal research on topics related to real estate development, including land allocation, commercial and residential buildings, factories, ports, etc., and providing concise opinions to clients.
  • Drafting contracts related to real estate and machinery, such as lease agreements and service agreements.
  • Offering legal opinions on real estate-related matters.
  • Liaising with government authorities for registration and informational purposes.
  • Ensuring legal compliance.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by Partners or senior lawyers.


Qualifications:

  • LL.B. or LL.M. with a solid knowledge of law.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong eagerness to work are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight outside of Bangkok for work (possession of a vehicle is not required).
