Scope of Job

This position requires the specialization in any consumable products sold by Heidelberg Graphics Thailand especially in Prepress process such as plates and products of CTP for offset printing. The job scope also include support to all stakeholders such as Product Specialist, Salesperson, Service Engineers and Customers in technical matters of the products. The job roles include but are not limited to;

• Support Consumable Product Specialist to achieve the sales target
• Develop customer loyalty and satisfaction by identifying the customer needs and quick response to the complaints with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop good relationships with customer representatives by providing appropriate solutions as per the customers’ needs.

 Responsibilities

• Be a specialist in consumable products for the overall offset printing process focusing on the Prepress such as CTP devices, processors, CtP plates, providing best solutions and etc.
• To support all stakeholders by giving appropriate solutions and advices as well as play the role of problem solver to the customer’s issues by identifying causes.
• Contribute in improving customer (internal & external) service delivery by identifying the gaps and root causes of customer dissatisfaction as well as recommend the area of improvements and solutions.
• Coordinate and execute application work as per company policies and procedures and ensure all agreed action plans are followed up on a timely basis.
• Work with sales colleagues on all market opportunities.
• Actively keep abreast about latest development of key products by taking part in consumable product promotional activities, including but not limited to Open Houses, seminars, product launches and market or customer training programs.
• Support some technical services of the consumable products as and when required.
• Others assignment by Product Specialist time to time.

 Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Printing Technology or related field
• Have a good knowledge in offset printing and understand the materials, equipment, liquid solutions in the process of offset printing & packaging and current trends in the technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in related fields especially in Prepress (CTP, Plate) is preferable.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills in both Thai and English language.
• Well managed with logical thinking and problem-solving ability with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Have good customer focus and customer centricity.
• Self-adaptable and willing to learn new things
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Reports to: Product Specialist – Consumable

Subordinate: This position has no direct reportee.
