We need a LICENSE MANAGER for licensing of music for a wide range of film and video creators, broadcasters, advertisers, game/app developers and YouTubers. During the first period you will act as a sales director who identifies and procures leads, makes cold calls, visits and manages clients and support them. In the next stage, you will manage a sales force of SDR staff.

We are seeking an ambitious person interested in pursuing a career in sales and in the music/media industry. We would like you to have previous experience working in sales and demonstrated an ability to HUSTLE. You have excellent organization, oral and written communications skills. Preferably you use technology with proficiency, for example, Google Docs, Email, CRM, LinkedIn, Office, Mac and various Apple apps etc. You are eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Your professional persistence, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset will make you succeed. You are friendly, outgoing and of course a team player. The most important factor is having the right attitude, being adaptive and not afraid of change since we are a fast-growing company.

We will provide 2 months of training of which one month is fully paid. Initial base salary fixed for 6 months, after which it will increase based on the result of previous 6 months. Very high earnings will be possible if great results are achieved.

• Have a complete technical understanding of Epidemic Sound's business model and music licenses
• Be able to effectively articulate Epidemic Sound's unique selling points via phone or email communication in both English and Thai.
• Continually prospect for new customers through cold emails and calls, and other lead generation efforts together with SDR staff.
• Develop quality business opportunities, negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Maintaining accurate client records and reporting
• Social media marketing activities
• Collaborate with, train and manage SDR staff (gradually as we grow)
• Handling support and solve problems
• Participating in fairs, markets and events
• Be an ambassador to Epidemic Sound in all aspects of the position

• • Proficiency in English is a MUST, both spoken and in writing

• • Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills

• • Ability to work independently and find solutions for clients

• • Experience from sales within media industry is a plus

• • Knowledge about music copyrights and content licensing is a plus

• • Ability to lead and enthuse a team (gradually as we grow)

• • Experience with Apple Mac is a plus

• • Additional language is a plus, Vietnamese in particular!
