Accountabilities: Develop and lead the Application Team to implement team strategies and achieve business objectives. Ensure optimal resource allocation and effectiveness for pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting activities. Understand customer business needs and analyze system and product requirements. Lead pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product presentations and application demonstrations. Provide technical information on product specifications, features, benefits, and applications. Develop and deliver product and application training for internal staff to support effective selling activities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and other teams to provide effective customer solutions.

Qualifications:

Male/Female, Age 30 years old or above Bachelor's degree in related sciences At least 7 years of work experience in the medical product business (Neurology, Rehabilitation, Imaging Solutions, Oncology, Cardio Vascular, Respiratory) Ability to learn and understand related technical/clinical information quickly Demonstrate strategic thinking Experience in people management is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Good command of English communication (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening) Service-minded
