The position emphasizes leading organizational development and culture transformation programs that promote continuous learning. Talent Development: Core duties involve integrating L&D with talent reviews to develop high-potential employees and implementing career development initiatives that drive retention and engagement. Measurement & Oversight: Responsibilities include establishing performance metrics using frameworks like Kirkpatrick Model to assess ROI, plus managing L&D budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in HRD, L&D, Talent Management, or OD. Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities with strong stage presence.
