Frontis is hiring a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you are a full-fledged member of a project team. You will handle specific parts of our projects such as analyzing industry trends, benchmarking performance, preparing and conducting interviews with experts internally and externally.

As you learn and grow, you will be promoted to a Senior Analyst position, where you will take on more complex tasks and work more independently. - sounds exciting, right?

Your working days: Monday-Friday.

• Understand the client's context and problems through research – both secondary research i.e. data searching, as well as primary research i.e. conducting interview / focus group with key stakeholders including client team member and external / internal subject matter experts
• Propose solutions, formulate strategies and / or develop roadmaps through data analysis and assessment – using both quantitative and qualitative methods
• Develop high quality work outputs including presentation slides, quantitative models, analytical and descriptive reports, etc.
• Manage relationship with the client as well as manage project work plan (for Consultant)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data, organize meetings, workshops (for Analyst)

• Passionate about management consulting and strategic research type of work
• Excellent analytical, organization, communication, and collaboration skills with high integrity
• Ability to learn new skills and understand new topics with pace and structure
• Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages)
• Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
