Job Descriptions:

- manage and control plan strategy for all social media platform
- researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.
- increase brand awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- maintain customer relations.
- Prepares and completes marketing action plan for both online and offline.
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
- identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.


Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
- experience in manager level at least 2 years
- Passionate in fashion
- Energetic, good leadership skills, self-motivated, result oriented and creative thinker.
- good analytic skills and understand the digital marketing and trends.
