Customers can use the Flash Coffee app to order and pay online, choosing to pick up their order at one of our iconic yellow storefronts or opt for delivery through major platforms in each market.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs
• Assist in the development of new business strategies and initiatives
• Support the creation of presentations and pitch decks for potential investors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and launch
• Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to inform future business decisions
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business, marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Passion for the coffee industry and entrepreneurship
