It is an event planning and customer service oriented company.
We host several events for clients all over Thailand such as Seminars, Gala Dinners and more at the same time providing customer support services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promoting Offers/Products/Services via Online Channels and Phone.(Thai clientele)
• Conduct Phone Surveys for Feedback.
• Analysing the Market Competition.
• Provide Assistance to clients/ resolve issues (email/phone/live chat)
• Participate in Events sometimes on weekends (Seminars, Dinners)
• Assist in Event Organisation when needed.
• Assist in Marketing Material Preparation of Upcoming Events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Very Polite Manners.
• Good typing skills.
• Social/ Ability to handle clients on the phone.
• NATIVE THAI Language (Mandatory)
• English Language Level 08/10 (Verbal and Written)
• Good Typing skills
• Bachelor Degree (any) (Marketing or Sales experience will be considered advantage)
• Translations skills is a benefit (English - Thai)

DETAILS:

• Starting Salary 20-25K
• Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm / 1 hour break)
