We are a young, fun marketing agency based out of Phra Khanong looking for an associate operations manager to join our team.

This is a busy role where you'll face new challenges on a daily basis. Your primary role will be both in business development and operations. With the help of company directors, you will reach out to potential new business partners as well as help anything and everything that comes up on a day to day basis!

• Assist with execution of marketing strategies and projects
• Monitor and collaborate with remote teams and in house office staff
• Assist CEO in any day to day activities including email correspondence and business development
• Communicate changes/updates to internal media buying team as directed by CEO
• Invoicing/Accounting/Auditing of payments
• Help with corporate event and retreat planning
• Prepare reports for weekly company meetings
• Manage and train small teams of remote employees with new projects

• Studied abroad at an English speaking university
• Able to get assigned tasks done with minimal supervision or oversight
• Fluent in spoken and written English as you will be interacting with English speaking companies
