About the role:
As a Sales Engineer, you will drive strategic sales initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical solutions to meet client needs, ensuring the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for both franchised and non-franchised product lines.
- Identify and build new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present and promote the company's value proposition, products, and services to customers effectively.
- Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, and training to customers during pre and post-sales phases.
- Embrace new projects and tasks as assigned to contribute to organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor sales or a technical sales role within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor components, applications, and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
