This role is instrumental in connecting healthcare professionals with DKSH's pharmaceutical products and services, creating lasting value for customers and the business alike. What You Will Deliver Achieve agreed sales targets within budget through disciplined territory management and structured sales execution Build and strengthen relationships with key healthcare users to maximize selling opportunities and drive sustained revenue growth Communicate the features and benefits of responsible pharmaceutical products and/or services clearly and compellingly to healthcare professionals Develop and implement sales productivity processes that support consistent and measurable target achievement Monitor and follow up on product deliveries, goods returns, and delivery discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer experience Collaborate across functions to align internal operations with customer needs and service expectations Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical, Science, or related fields 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or related fields; experience in marketing is an advantage Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its market dynamics Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities that enable effective responses to business challenges Proven negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain productive professional relationships Why Join DKSH At DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
