Business Solutions

• Work closely with business units to understand the business requirement for the IT solution.
• Collects data and performs analysis on requirements.
• Monitor and control resources, including the system, to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Channel Development

• Channel performance report & Power BI.
• In-store execution preparation.
• Sales kit development.
• Monthly deployment support.

Sales Capability Development

• Prepare the training material and presentation for the team.
• Be a facilitator in the training session.
• Research on the useful content for the team to enhance sales capability.

Online Sales & Marketing

• The day-to-day operations of assigned online businesses.
• Smooth day-to-day execution between DKSH and Online Partner, e.g., promotional campaign implementation on the marketplace (plan and coordinate with all stakeholders, align promotion with the marketplace team, update price in the system, and arrange marketing assets).
• Analysis of sales, site performance, and campaigns as weekly & monthly basis.

Sales and Operations Process

• Work on the improvement project to create forecasting & analytics for cross-functional use.
• Analyze data using statistical and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.
• Attend cross-functional reviews of various supply chain hurdles and actively participate in identifying solutions

Client Management

• Support on business presentation
• Initiate business idea
