Key Responsibilities

Review project contracts, engineering schedules, and production requirements to develop manufacturing plans.

• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time project completion.

• Analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) and define Make / Buy strategies within the ERP/MRP system.

• Monitor production and purchasing progress against project schedules.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Project Management teams.

• Identify and escalate potential risks impacting production, inspection, or delivery schedules.

• Support Engineering Change Order (ECO) management and update plans accordingly.

• Track project status and provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in customer inspections and support project handover activities.

• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.

• Minimum 8 year of experience in Production Planning, PPC, Manufacturing Planning, Project Coordination, or related functions.

• Understanding of production planning processes and material control.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, OneWorld, or similar systems is preferred.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.
