About the role:

As a Production and Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the high-quality standards of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of processes and improvements.

• Support the implementation of new technologies and equipment in production lines.

• Train and guide production staff on updated processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Rubber Technology, Science or a related field.

• Experience in production or process engineering, preferably in the glove manufacturing sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• English proficiency will be an advantage.
