Responsibilities

1. Manage on-demand and logistic planning, delivery of business outcomes excellence with strong disciplinary operational KPIs and a culture continuous improvement.
2. Develop and implement plans that lead to improve performance and cost.
3. Manage day-to-day operations and deal with store and subcontractors to secure enough resources operation.
4. Manage people to deliver standards and routines work to ensure optimal availability cost target.
5. Receive notifications of complaints and cases from customers and store to solve the issues.
6. Conduct a necessary investigation to determine the cause of problems like fraud case, driver attendance.
7. Coaching team members on a daily job basis.
8. Responsible for the operational management in order efficiency and effectiveness to assigned.
9. Others as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering, supply chain, Logistics or related fields.
• Strong in transportation operation management such as 3PL and service provider is a plus.
• Good communication skills
• Good team player.
• Strong in analytical, proven problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation and tough minded.
