Assistant Manager – B2B Tao Kae : Customer Development & B2B Project is responsible to lead B2B projects as business requirement including to 5 prasarns project to delivery sales and margin as per company target.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing/interpreting data to draw clear, actionable conclusions and tactical plans for the assigned customer segment to drive incremental sales and margin
• Support to analyze customer demand for products and services, collect market information, gain insight into market trends, recommend action plans for each customer segment
• Developing customer plan together with B2B Taokae team and implement to ensure the result as per expectation and monitoring the target achievement for each action on regular basis
• Conduct pre-post analysis as assigned to maximize business result
• Craft out communication pack to communicate initiative or change to B2B Taokae Team and related functions
• Ensure the effective communication between departments in order to achieve targets for each initiative
• Cross collaboration with partners, proactively recommend and review effective measures to improve revenue and achieve targets
• Any other project assignments as per business requirement

Key skills:

• Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
• At least 1 year in related role or experience with data driven role; retail experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and isn't afraid of deep dive analysis
• A start-up mindset, willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to get things done sometimes under pressure but usually in a dynamic environment
