About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical guidance and support to dealers, improve repair quality, and assist in resolving complex vehicle issues. 🎯 What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to dealer service centers.
• Assist dealers in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues.
• Monitor technical repair quality and after-sales service standards.
• Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support technical training and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Coordinate with HQ and engineering teams on technical concerns.
• Prepare technical reports and service improvement recommendations.
• Support dealer audits and technical assessments. ✅ What you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in automotive technical support, service engineering, or after-sales operations.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to travel frequently.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage.
