About the Role

We are seeking a Market Quality Engineer to monitor vehicle quality in the Thai market, analyze after-sales and customer quality data, and coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues. This role will support continuous product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing Manage pre-sales quality activities for imported vehicles within the assigned region. Monitor key quality indicators such as R-PDI, follow up on abnormal issues, and ensure vehicle quality and smooth delivery. Analyze after-sales claims and quality data, including IQS, VDS, NPS, and component failure trends. Identify quality abnormalities and provide insights to support continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction. Collect and analyze market and customer feedback and consolidate quality issues for further investigation. Conduct preliminary analysis of market quality issues and collaborate with Product and R&D teams to support issue investigation, improvement, and market validation. Support communication and coordination between Chinese Quality teams and local Thai teams. Coordinate Thai/English information collection, translation, and cross-functional communication to ensure effective implementation of quality-related activities. Prepare weekly and monthly market quality reports and continuously monitor key quality issues and improvement progress. Identify and report major quality abnormalities and potential risks to Management. Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of quality issues. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant work experience in automotive quality, after-sales quality, warranty, claims, or quality data analysis is preferred. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Experience with Power BI, Tableau , or other data visualization tools is an advantage. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Strong Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. High level of responsibility and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
