Job Description

Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing all software application architecture related to the Digital Channel Business. This role is involved in researching, reviewing, and making recommendations on any new software applications, existing applications or innovations from a perspective of design, integration, and technical fit with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs to ensure solutions satisfy those needs.
• Work with colleagues in various roles to come up with software/system architecture that are suitable to bank infrastructure and meets businesses and clients’ needs.
• Assist project teams to ensure their architecture solution is compliant to bank’s policy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams.
• Explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals.
• Evaluate proposals from vendors and suppliers to ensure that they aligns with the bank’s technology strategies and policy.
• Engage in Bank wide software/system initiatives such as API strategy and help drive them forward.
• Engage in Digital Platform strategy; evaluate, analyze and design solutions platform for channel applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree of Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

• At least 7 years in Banking Application architecture design and solution, Mobile Banking experience is preferable.
• Technical Skills: C#, .NET Framework, JAVA, Cloud Architect, Container, Kafka, Microservices and Domain Driven Design.
• Willing to contribute and work as a team, Initiative, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Working Location: Currently Hybrid Operating at Silom Head office, Bangkok
