Job Description:

• Validate and develop as well as reviewing job descriptions on an ongoing basis
• Lead the creation of a recruiting plan for each open position, including selection of recruitment channels
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Conduct pre-screening and face-to-face interviews to find qualified candidates
• Match the right candidates with the business needs and the company culture
• Attend events or job fairs for recruiting and company recognition

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Marketing, Business Administration, Political Science, or other related
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Can work under pressure, good analysis and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Good command of English
