Responsibilities:

Marketing 

• Develop and Implement marketing and communication plans to drive traffic and sales.
• Optimize and set up campaign ads across various channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and Others
• Responsible and organize for all marketing activities such as event marketing, campaign & promotion, and communications.
• Brief and coordinate with brand, agency and freelance to ensure marketing plan and implementation.
• Analyze sales data, consumer & shopper insight to identify new opportunities. Work closely with sale team for implementation.
• Manage and control budget for all marketing activities.

Communication

• Plan and develop marketing and social media content calendar to promote products, marketing campaign and boost sales.
• Control and ensure accurate communication message and brand image with brand guidelines and positioning.
• Coordinate and work closely with graphic designers to create artwork for all marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with KOLs and Influencer for creating content.
• Analyze and report on effectiveness of campaigns including KOLs and Influencer to develop marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
