Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute retail / shopping mall property-level marketing campaigns to drive traffic, tenant sales, and revenue

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns (online + on-ground) aligned with retail brand positioning and tenant mix strategy

• Deliver measurable business outcomes such as foot traffic, conversion rate, and tenant sales uplift

• Collaborate closely with leasing, operations, and tenants (retailers/brands) to execute end-to-end marketing initiatives

• Drive tenant engagement and participation in mall-wide marketing campaigns and promotions

• Lead digital marketing and O2O (online-to-offline) strategies including social media, CRM, and performance campaigns

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and improve commercial impact continuously

• Ensure all executions comply with brand guidelines, retail standards, and are delivered on time and on budget

คุณสมบัติ

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Real Estate, Economics, or related field

• 5-8 years of marketing experience, with strong preference for candidates from retail business (shopping mall, retail property, department store, retail brand, or lifestyle commercial space)

• Proven experience in managing both offline and online marketing campaigns in retail environments

• Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics, tenant mix, and O2O customer journey

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance marketing skills

• Experience working cross-functionally with leasing, operations, and external tenants/brands

• Strong project and vendor management capabilities

• Creative, execution-focused, and results-oriented with a growth mindset
