- Strategic Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, occupancy, and footfall across multiple properties.
- Define compelling customer value propositions (CVP), brand positioning, identity, and go-to-market strategies for both new developments and existing assets.
- Translate long-term brand strategy into measurable marketing plans with clear KPIs and customer experience outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Growth
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial collaborations that generate incremental revenue.
- Build strong relationships with brand owners, tenants, sponsors, agencies, and key external stakeholders.
- Develop integrated B2B marketing initiatives and partnership programs supporting both pre-opening and operational phases.
- Collaborate closely with internal business units to maximize commercial opportunities across the portfolio.
- Marketing Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across leasing, operations, development, retail, hospitality, and project teams.
- Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining execution excellence under tight timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, or commercial marketing leadership.
- Experience within retail, real estate, hospitality, mixed-use developments, lifestyle destinations, or experiential businesses.
- Demonstrated success in developing brand strategy and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Proven experience building and closing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial collaborations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and external partners.
- Experience in event management, experiential marketing, or live entertainment is highly preferred.
- International or regional exposure with a strong understanding of global marketing trends and brand partnerships is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
