• Engineering Services Manager to involves control and operate of Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Sanitary to ensure the best service operation. Include technical planning, checking and maintain ensure that the services assigned are performed correctly in terms of customer satisfaction, technical aspects, and timely delivery.
• Leads to control and operate a wide range of System to ensure smooth running of the business operation within the company procedures
• Set up the schedule in maintenance systems
• Drive and focus on operational excellence and on running the team's services to an effective operate
• Manage and monitoring the License Renewal and relevant engineering permission document preparation in compliance with the law
• Manage supplier or contractor and oversee construction fitout work, include approve and co-sign to for tenant renovation or construction under rules and regulations
• Work closely and join as a working group for yearly building inspectors
• Master planning and schedule preventive maintenance plan

Plan and Control annual budget

• Preparing status reports by monthly for gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information, tracks and works with others to resolve issues as well as risk to identify alternatives and solutions

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with at least 5 years previous experience successfully managing large Mixed-use real estate project.

• Excellent command in both English and Thai and in both writing and communication
• Previous experience working in the shopping mall, building or real estate industry would be advantage.
• Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, mainly Excel with report writing skills
