Key Responsibilities

The role focuses on business development and tenant relationship management. Candidates will identify and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with them to close sales deals. Additional duties include:

• Establishing effective relationships with potential and current tenants through support and service enhancement
• Monitoring market trends, property developments, and rental pricing data to identify opportunities
• Preparing rental space offerings and negotiating terms beneficial to both parties
• Conducting regular tenant visits and addressing complaints
• Maintaining client satisfaction through ongoing support and service improvements

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field
• For the Executive level: At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Building or Retail Business as well as Leasing experience

Skills & Attributes:

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
• Strong motivation and target-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to build productive professional business relationships
