About the Role

As an SAP Consultant specializing in Data Migration and Plant Maintenance (PM), you will design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions with data migration skills to achieve defined business goals. You will align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client to gather requirements, analyze, design, and configure SAP PM data migration solutions following implementation best practices. You will play a key role in data migration planning, execution, and cutover activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement and deploy SAP PM data migration solutions to achieve defined business goals
• Be part of the project delivery team, leading and supporting end-to-end SAP PM implementation and data migration workstreams
• Responsible for creating requirement traceability matrix, design documents, data migration mapping documents, and test scripts
• Drive discussions with client business during blueprint phase to gather requirements, obtain solution design sign-off, demo configured solutions, and facilitate final UAT sign-off
• Maintain skills in SAP PM application process design, configuration, and data migration best practices
• Support SAP application design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical architecture related to PM and data migration
• Execute data migration activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation of SAP PM data objects
• Support cutover planning, mock cutover runs, and go-live execution to ensure zero data loss and business continuity

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of experience in SAP modules such as PM, MM, FICO, CO, PS and Data Migration or other SAP modules

• Hands-on experience with SAP PM master data objects and data migration tools — LSMW, BAPI, SAP Migration Cockpit

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is an advantage

• ABAP or SQL knowledge for data extraction and validation is a plus
• Good communication skills — able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
• Good logical and analytical thinking with strong attention to data accuracy and quality
• Ability to work under pressure during critical cutover and go-live periods
