Job Scope (Responsibilities) :

• Support CRM workstream in solutioning minor and major (cross workstreams) E2E solutions
  • Define how the components of all the applications relate to each other, and how the facilities (new or existing) will support the capability or business area.
  • Work with other architects from other workstreams to ensure the application components align with a specific architecture component.
  • Identify cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect the business architecture integrity.
• Qualify solutions from CRM track in Key Design Decision Forum (KDD) as per project governance
  • Ensure the application components align with the application architecture.
  • Identify risks and assumptions associated with the applications
• Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity.
• Support Development lead to develop technical specifications as per functional design by Busienss Analyst
• Provide team guidance on technical relevance as per user requirements in the area of Salesforce
• Increase the level of confidence by providing key inputs to a compelling value proposition using functional expertise

Required Skills / Qualification :

Saas specific related

• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Administration and Configuration, flow builders, web components

Generic skills

• Understanding of how the required functionality would be supported by the application technology
• Experience implementing an enterprise integration architecture solution
• Experience implementing cross-application business processes
• Knowledge of the selected packaged integration architecture components (in this case SF)
• Basic understanding of object oriented analysis and design concepts preferred
• Strong problem solving skills: able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
• Strong communication skills and oral
