About the Role

Join Accenture Thailand to help organizations transform their Order-to-Cash (O2C) capabilities and unlock measurable enterprise value. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape future-state processes and operating models, and support technology-enabled transformation that improves customer experience, working capital, control, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on O2C transformation strategy, process excellence, and operating model design.
• Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve cash flow, customer experience, efficiency, and controls.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business needs, priorities, and target outcomes.
• Design future-state processes across order management, billing, credit, collections, disputes, and cash application.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology teams to support implementation and adoption.
• Prepare clear executive presentations and contribute to project governance, change, and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in O2C transformation or process improvement, shared services, Global Business Services, or process consulting.
• Experience in process assessment, future-state design, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical transformation recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Management consulting and large-scale business transformation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to intelligent automation, analytics, Lean Six Sigma, or digital finance solutions.
