Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture & Planning team. In this role, you will lead the design of end‑to‑end digital and mobile solutions, translating business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and deliverable architectures.

You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and cross‑functional teams to define solutions that support strong value propositions and viable business cases. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong advisory skills, and the ability to make architectural decisions across multiple teams and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into end‑to‑end solution architectures, with a strong focus on mobile and digital platforms.

• Act as a solution architecture lead, owning architectural decisions across multiple teams and workstreams.

• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to develop solutions that are both winnable and deliverable.

• Provide solution planning, estimation, costing, and pricing input to support proposals and business cases.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing architectural guidance and recommendations.

• Design innovative, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards.

• Facilitate architecture and requirements workshops to gather inputs and validate solution designs.

• Address cross‑team and business‑wide challenges by proposing practical and sustainable solutions.

• Continuously review and improve solution designs using emerging technologies and best practices.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and team members, promoting strong solution architecture principles.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect in complex digital or mobile initiatives.

• Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture, including end‑to‑end design and delivery.

• Strong experience in requirements analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience in solution planning, costing, and pricing for technology initiatives.

• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and influence architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile application platforms, digital banking, or large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Background in enterprise or consulting environments.

• Exposure to cloud‑native architectures, integration, and modern application platforms.
