Senior Network Engineer

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science and Telecom
• Age above 28-33 years old
• At least 1-3 years experience in Network, Security, Data Center and Telco
• Familiar with Juniper/Cisco Core Network, Data Center and Security
• Good command in English (Written, Listen and Spoken in English)
• Familiar with Juniper, Check Point, Fortigate and Palo-Alto Firewall
• Good Knowledge in LAN, WAN, Technology
• Good Knowledge in MPLS, BGP, OSPF, ISIS routing is advantage
• Good Knowledge in product such as Juniper, Cisco
• Ability to research new technologies and integrate to existing infrastructure
• Fast learner, self-initiative, responsible, team work
• JNCIA or JNCIP, CCNA or CCNP is advantaged

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy functional networks (WAN,LAN,WLAN)
• Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
• Monitor network performance and integrity
• Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectieness
• Mentor team members on technical issues
• Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
• Communicate with users when needed
• Maintain complete technical documentation
• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability

System Engineer

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
• 1-5 years of Linux and Windows System Administrator
• Should be proficient with Linux based operating systems
• Knowledge and working shell Shell scripting, patching, hardening and networking concepts (VLANs, routing, firewalls)
• Familiarity with server virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware), SAN/storage concepts and Open Source Database.
• Fundamental knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP)
• Must be a service mind, staff and customer orientated team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills of English language

Responsibilites:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure 
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test appication performance for potential bottlenecks, indentify possible solutions, and work with developpers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Liaisee with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
