About the role

The HR Shared Services Executive will lead HR Services function that delivers accurate, timely, and compliant HR transactions and employee services across TPAC Thailand. The role standardizes HR processes across plants, manages payroll and outsourced service providers, owns HR data integrity and the HRIS, and ensures full compliance with Thai Labor Law, PDPA, and SET-listed company governance requirements - enabling HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to focus on strategic work.

Key responsibilities

Set up and run the HR Shared Services model, including the service catalogue, a single point of contact for employee inquiries, and a tiered support structure

  • Standardize and document end-to-end HR processes across all plants through SOPs, workflows, and alignment with the delegation of authority
  • Manage all employee transactions: onboarding, employment contracts, probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and offboarding
  • Prepare HR letters and certificates, such as employment, salary, and work certificates
  • Keep personnel files, both physical and digital, complete, secure, and audit-ready
  • Oversee monthly payroll for all Thai entities, including overtime, shift allowances, and deductions, whether processed in-house or through an outsourced payroll provider
  • Manage payroll vendor performance, input cut-offs, validation, and sign-off controls, including maker-checker review and reconciliation
  • Ensure on-time statutory filings and remittances: Social Security Fund, Workmen's Compensation Fund, personal income tax withholding, Provident Fund, and Student Loan Fund deductions
  • Act as business owner of the HRIS and time attendance system, covering configuration, user access, enhancements, and upgrades
  • Maintain a single source of truth for employee master data, organization structure, and position management

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years managing payroll, HR operations, or shared services in a multi-site manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law, social security, personal income tax, and PDPA
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, and with managing outsourced payroll vendors
  • Advanced Excel and data reporting skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken)
  • Process excellence and strong attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation toward employees and line managers
  • High integrity and strict confidentiality in handling employee and payroll data
  • Data-driven problem solving and analytical thinking
