• Multi-task in job’s function between project operation and project management.
• Support Presales/Sale team to propose the system integration & solution to customer.
• Technical support, consulting and troubleshooting for client site.
• Able to work onsite at customer site.(in bangkok or up-country)
• Teamwork and Co-operation with project team or external/internal team.
• Up-to-date in Tech/IT Trends and able to co-working with partners and product vendors.
Service delivery and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field
• At least experience for 3-10 years in IT Operation Support or System/Networking Engineer.
• Experience in IT Operation Support and Service for Application and Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Application work-flow and IT Infrastructure Layer.
